Really pretty decoration, great portion size and service from waitress JK! The spring rolls and squid bites are CRAZY GOOD!! But the toilet... can be a bit cleaner...

Excellent dining experience from the glorious interior of a former Bank to this beautiful Thai Restaurant.. The table service was superb and because of the amounts of 6 starters plates we ordered, they moved us to a larger table... The 6 starters were stunning to look at and their individual tastes were remarkable at its best.. Our compliments reached the chefs before we left the venue.. Excellent!!

Wonderful place to dine in in Cambridge. Very close to city centre. It's an unbelievable interior, I wouldn't think of to be that beautiful. It's a Thai restaurant. Foods are so tasty and fast service. Authentic Thai taste. They have a kids' menu, and a waitress who served us was kind enough to bring some paints and colours to my kid to keep her occupied. Overall, I had a great experience. Would cost a person 20 to 30

1st time trying The Giggling Squid, it won't be the last. Food was delicious. We loved the street food starter. Cocktails were amazing. Will be back & have already recommended to friends & family

We had our bike club Christmas party here and they laid out a fantastic table for the 30 of us in an upstairs room all by ourselves. The food was outstanding and all served hot and very well dressed. The service by Emily was 2nd to none, she did an absolutely fantastic job serving the 30 of us with a smile on her face and spring in her step. Amazing job to all the kitchen staff for getting 30 dishes out at the same time all piping hot! I would highly recommend this restaurant. I don't think there was a sour face amongst us and we all had a good time here and I'm sure we will be back again.

Nice welcome from May. She is brilliant and outstanding of the staff also good atmosphere! We ordered lunch tapas and some of nibble and the side. It was delicious apart from squid & pork grilled we did not enjoy that much but overall we loved it! Would recommend Thai food in town

A beautiful ambient restaurant. We were well looked after. The food was absolutely delicious! So fresh and full of flavour. Drinks looked and tasted stunning. We were sat under a beautiful bird cage structure. I would definitely recommend

This is the second Giggling Squid branch I’ve visited and the food was so much better. It has the same cute floral and bright decor. We ordered the Samui Zingy prawns and chicken satay for starters. The prawns were so mmmmm delicious! The salad that comes with it is good as well. The chicken satay is just as you expect but it came with these pickled vegetables which were amazing. For mains I had a Thai green curry and I was pleased to see actual Thai ingredients like small aubergines and I believe a pea eggplant which gave it a nice slightly bitter kick. There were also bamboo shoots, potato and chicken. I really loved the taste and texture of these unique vegetables in the curry. For dessert I had a pandan tres leches, it was just the right amount of sweet and coconutty and I loved it! We had a couple of cocktails- the passiontini and a spiced coconut Pina colada and they were both great. I was very pleased with the food and the service served with a smile. They were very attentive! All the food is flavourful and fresh and I’d really recommend this branch.
